      1. 3.  We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice by posting updates to our Website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

    3. Website Use & Customer Accounts

      1. 3.1 To access certain features of the Website, you may be required to register an account. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and passwords.

      1. 3.2 You agree to accept responsibility for all activities and orders that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

      1. 3.4 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, refuse service, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we believe a Buyer has violated these Terms.

    4. Product Information & Specification

      1. 4.1 All product descriptions, images, and technical specifications displayed on the Website are intended for illustrative and general guidance purposes only.

      1. 4.2 Manufacturers frequently update product designs, components, and part numbers. Therefore, the physical Goods supplied may vary slightly in appearance or technical detail from the images shown on the Website, provided their core functionality remains identical.

      1. 4.3 We accept no liability for minor discrepancies in part numbers or visual representations, provided the supplied component serves the exact intended mechanical purpose.

    5. Basis of Sale & Order Acceptance

      1. 5.1 All pricing and product displays on the Website constitute an “invitation to treat” and do not form a binding legal offer.

      1. 5.2 An Order submitted by the Buyer constitutes a formal offer to purchase the Goods under these Terms. The receipt of an automated order acknowledgment email confirms we have received your request, but does not signify our legal acceptance of your Order.

      1. 5.3 A legally binding contract is only formed when we dispatch the Goods from our warehouse and send you a confirmation email containing shipping or tracking information.

      1. 5.4 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order at our sole discretion. Common reasons include, but are not limited to: stock unavailability, severe pricing or typographical errors, or failure to obtain payment authorization.

    6. Pricing, Taxes & Payment

      1. 6.1 All prices listed on the Website are displayed in Great British Pounds (£) and explicitly include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current statutory UK standard rate.

      1. 6.2 A complete financial breakdown showing the net product prices, the specific amount of VAT charged, and total gross amounts will be clearly presented at checkout and itemised on the final VAT invoice provided to the Buyer.

      1. 6.3 In the event of a pricing error being discovered prior to dispatch, we will contact you immediately. You will be given the option to reconfirm the Order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

      1. 6.4 Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the Order via our approved secure payment gateways (including credit/debit cards and supported electronic payment methods). Orders will not be processed or scheduled for dispatch until cleared funds are fully received.

      1. 6.5 Retention of Title: Ownership and legal title of the Goods shall not pass to the Buyer until we have received full, cleared payment of all sums due in respect of the Goods.

    7. Delivery & Shipping

      1. 7.1 Processing & Cut-off Times: We aim to process and dispatch all ordered Goods promptly. Our daily cut-off time for same-day Order processing is 13:00 (1:00 PM) UK time. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

      1. 7.2 Delivery Zones: Standard delivery rates apply to UK Mainland addresses only. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, and remote postcodes may be subject to extended delivery times and additional shipping surcharges.

      1. 7.3 Collection-Only Restrictions & Custom Delivery Quotes: Depending on the specific combination of items in your basket, their total dimensions, weight, or your delivery postcode, the checkout system may restrict your options to “Collection” only. If you require delivery but only see a collection option, please contact our team directly. We can often manually arrange custom freight solutions. You can reach us via WhatsApp or phone at 07926 127807, or email us at sales@greenstore.london.

      1. 7.4 Estimated Timeframes & Tradesperson Delays: Delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates only. Time shall not be of the essence for delivery performance. Important: We strongly advise against booking any plumbers, heating engineers, or tradespeople until you have received the Goods in full and thoroughly inspected them for any damage or missing parts. We shall not be liable for any tradesperson costs, site downtime, penalty charges, or consequential losses arising from delayed, missing, or incorrect deliveries.

      1. 7.5 Heavy, Large, and Bulky Items (Kerbside Delivery): Due to the physical weight and dimensions of plumbing and heating equipment (such as boilers, copper cylinders, radiators, and long lengths of pipe), deliveries of heavy items are strictly restricted to kerbside delivery only.
        • The delivery driver is not insured, contracted, or required to carry Goods inside a property, up stairwells, or onto a construction site.
        • Heavy Goods are typically delivered on a wooden pallet using a tail-lift vehicle and a manual pump truck. The delivery surface must be flat, solid, and accessible (e.g., concrete or tarmac). Pallet trucks cannot operate on gravel, grass, steep inclines, or uneven surfaces.
        • It is the Buyer’s absolute responsibility to ensure that adequate personnel are present at the delivery destination to accept, handle, and manoeuvre heavy items into the property.

      1. 7.6 Access Restrictions: If your delivery address has restricted access for large delivery vehicles (e.g., narrow country lanes, low bridges, parking restrictions, or pedestrianized zones), you must notify us in writing prior to dispatch. Failure to do so may result in an aborted delivery.

      1. 7.7 Failed Deliveries: If a delivery fails because the Buyer is not present at the agreed time, refuses delivery without a valid reason, or the site cannot safely accept the Goods, the items will be returned to the courier’s depot. The Buyer will be strictly liable for any subsequent redelivery charges, storage fees, or return carriage costs incurred.

      1. 7.8 Transfer of Risk: Risk of loss, damage, or destruction of the Goods passes entirely to the Buyer upon delivery to the specified address, or upon collection from our premises if you arrange your own transport.

      1. 7.9 Inspecting Goods Upon Receipt: The Buyer must meticulously inspect all Goods immediately upon delivery before signing the courier’s delivery note.

        • If you do not have time to check the items thoroughly while the driver is present, you must clearly sign the delivery terminal/paperwork as “Unchecked”.
        • If the outer packaging appears visibly damaged or tampered with, you must sign for the goods as “Damaged” or refuse the delivery entirely.
        • Any internal shortages, incorrect items, or concealed physical transport damage must be reported to us in writing (along with clear photographic evidence) within 48 hours of receipt. We accept no liability for discrepancies or transit damage reported after this strict 48-hour window, as we will be unable to claim against the courier.

    8. Cancellation Rights, Returns & Refunds

      1. 8.1 You have the right to cancel your Order and return the Goods within 14 calendar days from the day you acquire physical possession of the Goods.

      1. 8.2 How to Initiate a Return: To exercise this right, you must first notify us by sending a clear email to sales@greenstore.london before the 14-day window expires. Please include your order number, contact details, and the reason for the return.

      1. 8.3 Return Shipping Costs: The Buyer is strictly responsible for paying all return shipping and postage costs. We do not provide free return labels or cover return carriage fees. We strongly advise using a tracked and fully insured courier service, as the returned Goods remain your responsibility and at your risk until they are safely received and signed for at our depot.

      1. 8.4 The returned Goods must be in pristine, resellable condition, in their original, un-opened, and un-used packaging.

      1. 8.5 Restocking Surcharge (Trade & Business Buyers): Please note that for business-to-business (B2B) purchases, all accepted returns are subject to a 20% restocking surcharge based on the original purchase price of the Goods. This fee covers warehouse processing, inspection, and administrative costs, and will be deducted directly from your final refund amount.

      1. 8.6 Consumer Rights Exemption: If you are purchasing as a Consumer (for personal, non-business use), the 20% restocking surcharge detailed in clause 8.5 does not apply within your statutory 14-day cancellation period.

      1. 8.7 We reserve the right to make an additional deduction from the reimbursement for any loss in value of the Goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.

      1. 8.8 Exceptions: Special order items, bespoke configured products, modified parts, or electronic boiler circuit boards (PCBs) cannot be cancelled or returned under any circumstances once the Order is processed, unless they are proven to be fundamentally faulty upon arrival.

    9. Warranties, Installation & Liability Limitations

      1. 9.1 CRITICAL SAFETY & INSTALLATION REGULATION: All specialised heating components, gas appliances, and high-pressure plumbing units must be installed exclusively by a legally qualified, certified, and competent professional installer (e.g., an active Gas Safe Registered Engineer for gas works, or an unvented hot water qualified installer). Proof of professional installation compliance (such as commissioning certificates and engineer ID numbers) is mandatory to claim under any product warranty.

      1. 9.2 We warrant that the Goods will correspond materially with their specifications and be of satisfactory quality at the point of delivery.

      1. 9.3 Many mechanical items carry extensive structural manufacturer warranties. It is the Buyer’s absolute obligation to register the product directly with the manufacturer within the required timeline to validate such cover. Our liability is limited to assisting with the return of faulty goods under the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

      1. 9.4 We accept no liability for system faults, property damage, flooding, or personal injuries resulting from improper product selection, amateur installation, or unauthorized modification of plumbing parts.

      1. 9.5 Consequential Loss: We shall not be liable to the Buyer for any indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business, loss of income, or costs of delayed site works, arising out of or in connection with the supply of the Goods.

      1. 9.6 Subject to clause and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total financial liability in connection with any claim arising from the purchase of Goods shall be strictly capped and limited to the exact net purchase price paid by the Buyer for those specific Goods.

      1. 9.7 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

    10. Events Outside Our Control (Force Majeure)

      1. 10.1 We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these Terms that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).

      1. 10.2 A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission, or accident beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, industrial action, civil commotion, extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, failure of public or private telecommunications networks, or catastrophic supply chain delays from manufacturers.

    11. General Provisions

      1. 11.1 Severability: If any court or competent authority decides that any of the provisions of these Terms are invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, the term will, to that extent only, be severed from the remaining terms, which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.

        1. 11.2 Waiver: If we fail, at any time while these Terms are in force, to insist that you perform any of your obligations under these Terms, or if we do not exerci
se any of our rights or remedies, that will not mean that we have waived such rights or remedies and will not mean that you do not have to comply with those obligations.

    12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

      1. 12.1 These Terms, their interpretation, and any non-contractual obligations or disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed exclusively by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales.

      1. 12.2 Both Green Store London LTD and the Buyer agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or legal claim that may arise under these Terms.
